All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment will be processed at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
Shipping
All orders ship free from a US warehouse. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days (2-5 business days for the steam shower generator). You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Returns and Refunds
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
