7-Day Returns
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Items must be in new, resalable condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging included.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us so we can process your return correctly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Delivery Times
All orders ship free from a US warehouse. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days (2-5 business days for the steam shower generator). You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain personal-care or intimate items cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
